| A. | We currently ship only to the U.S. and U.S. possessions, and are unable to honor requests for catalogs mailed to international addresses. Orders to APO and FPO addresses are limited to those products that can be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service, which excludes all drop shipped items currently available online. |

| Q. | How long will it take to get my order? |
| A. | We're proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders of in-stock merchandise, i.e. merchandise that we have in our warehouse. If you order in-stock items today by 2:00 PM Eastern (weekdays), your order will be on its way to you this afternoon. |
